The fact that all my vendors were truly amazing is one of the main reasons that I wasn’t a complete mess while wedding planning! Lol… on the day of my wedding I met the crew behind the set up for my wedding dinner and I loved their personalities. Our sales rep that had helped me through Nelsons was on top of it!! Julie was great at answering all my questions even though she was freaking busy. I was always treated so kindly ..! The day of food was great !! We had so much left over (which was nicely packaged and set to the side for convenience after the event) the left overs were tasty!! I truly enjoyed my favorites (applesauce, meatballs,& Mac cheese)
Jeff was wonderful. He made sure we had chicken for those people who insist on coming early!!!
Everything went well and we raised a good amount for Meals on Wheels of Goshen!

Nelsons does an absolutely amazing job at catering. We had our event in the blue teal room and it was perfect. The food and atmosphere were both great! We will definitely be back again for our club event
Best turkey I have ever had! It was so tender and flavorful. Most turkey is too dry for me. It was easy and ready to pick up. I would highly recommend their food.
WOW! What an amazing experience to have Nelson fully cater our 2 day event for both breakfast and lunch. The morning and afternoon staff went above and beyond any expectations and were so eager to help and assist in any way. Their ability to be flexible with the challenges of each day was top notch. The food was delicious and my staff and guests were beyond impressed. Will definitely be using them again for my next event. This was as smooth of an experience as we could ask for. Rylie was very helpful with the ordering, answered all our questions. Delivery was right on time! Chicken was very good, smiles all around! I would highly recommend this vendor for any occasion.
Excellent service & delicious food! From start to finish, the staff at Nelson's provided top-notch service and delivered quality food. They provided it all - food, drinks, plates, utensils and even storage containers for the leftovers! We were extremely satisfied having them cater our open house! Thank you for a job well done!
Even if you're not stopping for food, you will roll down the windows as you pass a stand just to grab as much of that Nelsons flavor as you can. It smells SO good! The chicken is the best and the little potatoes are so soft and jam packed with deliciousness.
We like to go to the one that pops up every Saturday in Elkhart at Monteith Tire on Cassopolis. Traffic is really starting to pick up at this location with the new Meijer across the street. Perfect opportunity to help a local cause after you've done some shopping.
